Aftercare Guidelines

PLEASE

  1. Drink plenty of water (herbal teas or juices are included)

  2.  Hydration is key to the healing response and is essential for flushing out the toxins and reducing headaches which aids the detoxifying process. ​

  3. If you are able, an early night is highly recommended. ​

  4. Support your digestive system by eating light, fresh foods to allow the body to use the energy for healing.

Aim to rest after the treatment - allow your body to heal.

PLEASE DO NOT 

​

  1. Try not to consume caffeine or alcohol as this introduces more toxins.
     

  2. It is best NOT to do any form of energetic exercise for at least 6 hours post treatment

During the treatment, toxins in the body are released,

the more ‘toxic’ you are,

the more of a healing response you will encounter,

the more water you will

need to consume.​
