I chose to specialise in the following award winning Reflexology treatments:
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage
RLD is an award winning reflexology technique, focusing on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet - aiming to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body.
It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc(Hons), whilst working in Cancer Care, results of which appear to support the theory of Reflexology.

Hot Stone Reflexology
Hot stones will greatly enhance muscle relaxation in the feet and increased healing, allowing the practitioner to work deeper than can be done with regular Reflexology sessions.

Originating in ancient India and China, these civilisation's believed that hot stones cleansed the body and relaxed the heart, grounding the soul and soothing the mind.

Hot stones are an additional tool that are loved by clients and take relaxation to another level, shown to;

A mini reflexology facial which works to specifically destress the body via corresponding pressure points on the face.
Advanced Facial Reflexology
Using the Bergman method works on smoothing out frown lines and improve skin tones via face mapping. This also helps Bell's Palsy, bruxism & TMJ related ailments.
Facial Cupping
Facial cupping uses small suction cups to stimulate the skin and muscles, whereby promoting blood circulation and relieves muscle tension - aiding in regeneration.

My trainer Ziggy Bergman (facialist to Royalty and A-list Celebrity) akins this treatment to a thread face lift - bringing about immediate lasting results.

30 min Facial cupping can be added to any other facial treatment that I offer.
Benefits of Facial Cupping
Menopause Reflexology
Reflexology treatment specifically aimed for peri/post/menopausal ladies.
The Menopause is a natural change in the female reproductive system that normally occurs between the ages of 41 and 55, although perimenopausal symptoms may occur earlier. It is the process in a woman’s body when the ovaries stop producing the hormones oestrogen and progesterone. The body then reacts to the loss of hormones through several varying symptoms.
Treatment is adapted for menopausal symptoms including;

hot flushes/night sweats
anxiety
fatigue
weight gain
mood swings
poor concentration
memory lapses
headaches
irregular periods with heavy bleeding

Reflexology is a wonderful treatment for aiding our journey through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Reflexology will help to reduce the stress that can cause a lot of these symptoms, achieved by working to balance the Endocrine System. As a woman enjoying the second half of her life more than the first, I’m here to support you, provide relaxation, offer lifestyle advice whether holistic or allopathic and to help you find your zest for life as I did!
I would encourage the Five Pillars of Menopause;
-
sleep - how can you achieve your 8 hours?
-
exercise - weight-bearing, strength, flexibility, aerobic and balancing
-
relaxation - deep relaxation allows the body to heal and repair
-
diet - which foods will optimise your health?
-
purpose - find your flow
